Incredible show from start to finish. Smokey Robinson is an absolute living legend. I think Philly loves him even more after this performance. His voice is as beautiful as ever, and his onstage presence was somehow ethereal and personally engaging at the same time. Also, I really appreciated that the tickets were not so expensive as to be out of reach. They weren't cheap of course, but I felt we got great seats that were well-priced. The Met was terrific, too -- clean, friendly and helpful staff, and conveniently located right in Philadelphia near Center City. It was nice not to have to wonder how we'd travel to one of those more remote venues. Hope Smokey comes back to The Met soon!
